The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Service owner or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

All analyses, projections, and recommendations are for informational purposes only and rely on user-provided assumptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the prior twelve months, or $100 if you have not paid.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service owner and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Service owner is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.
